Responsibilities include converting sales, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance, and assisting with truck rentals. Weekend availability and a customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or sales preferred.
• Experience handling cash and payments.
• Weekend availability required.
• Ability to work as part of a team to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Support rental process: convert sales, take payments, sell merchandise, offer insurance.
• Assist with truck rentals at select locations.
• Assist with past-due collections and occupancy management.
• Balance receipts, process deposits, and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Perform store inspections, maintenance, and housekeeping to keep a pristine facility.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences during challenging times.
