StorQuest Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve guests and maintain daily operations across sites. You will help manage revenue, occupancy, and cleanliness while guiding customers through the rental process and upselling services.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service or sales, cash handling experience, and weekend availability. A team-focused attitude and positive guest-service orientation are essential for success.

• Experience handling cash is required

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain daily store operations and support Store Manager across sites.
• Support revenue, delinquency management, occupancy, and cleanliness standards.
• Process payments, rentals, and merchandise sales; offer insurance where applicable.
• Assist customers with truck rentals at some locations and collect past-due accounts.
