Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Assistant Manager for our LensCrafters location in Mentor, OH. You will act as a leader in the Store Manager’s absence, driving sales, KPIs, and customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

The role focuses on coaching a team, delivering feedback, executing visual directives, and maintaining store operations and relationships with clinicians. A successful candidate possesses retail management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; college degree preferred.
• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience in retail.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality & improvement to exceed KPI targets (sales, conversions, traffic, profitability).
• Translates retail analytics into positive sales results and market/competitor understanding.
• Supports store plans to maximize sales & profit.
• Partners with Store Manager to lead & develop team.
• Delivers constructive feedback and supports development with the Store Manager.
• Executes brand visuals and maintains store appearance.
• Maintains positive relationships with doctors and customers.
• Ensures policy compliance across the team.
• Performs administrative duties as needed.
• Maintains a flexible schedule including nights & weekends.
