For Eyes is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store in the absence or support of the Store Manager. You will drive guest service, improve KPIs, and collaborate with doctors and staff to deliver exceptional eye-care experiences.

The role requires managing nights and weekends, recruiting and training staff, and maintaining store standards. A background in retail with strong communication and problem-solving skills is preferred.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team to deliver guest service and meet KPIs.
• Train and guide team members; provide feedback.
