Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy retail floor with a focus on service, sales, and brand standards. You will act as MOD, supervise team performance, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll drive KPIs, support training programs, manage scheduling, inventory, and visuals, and foster an inclusive, high-energy environment that reflects Lids’ passion for sports and fandom.

Qualifications

• Candidates with retail leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to manage schedules, training, and store operations.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty to handle scheduling and customer issues.
• Lead training and development using LIDS programs.
• Maintain store standards and product presentation.
• Oversee cash handling and daily reconciliations.
• Coordinate inventory counts and backroom organization.
• Support store performance to hit KPIs.
