Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and set goals for sales/tasks.
• Administer discipline steps when the Store Manager is absent.
• Create a fun, productive environment and uphold brand standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including handling peak periods.
• Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safeguard assets.
• Support in inventory management, pricing changes, and product counts.
• Open and close the store following operations procedures.
