Lids Sports Group in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, coach a team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will manage scheduling, training, merchandising, and daily cash handling while upholding brand standards and driving sales targets across the shop floor.

As a cap expert, you’ll ensure loss prevention, participate in fittings and customization services, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment for staff and customers alike.
