Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wellington, FL. You will lead store operations, coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer service while achieving KPIs.

You will act as manager on duty when the Store Manager is unavailable and drive sales through engaging with customers and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, training new staff, handling cash and inventory, and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management and staff scheduling.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues or customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of store staff.
