Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and customer service.
• Lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.

• Recruit and train store staff, schedule shifts and retain talent.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and SOP compliance.
• Provide constructive feedback to promote growth and accountability.
