You will assist with merchandising, staffing, and ensuring adherence to company policies while maintaining a safe, organized environment.

This role supports a high-energy team, drives sales, and ensures smooth store performance through effective leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical duties as needed.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and provide customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing, transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
