The role requires a high school diploma, retail experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and required to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or related environments is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Incorporate corporate directives and important communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and store-front fixtures.
