Position Details

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Minnesota Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Assist in maximizing sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with physical demands, including standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
