Job Requirements of Assistant Store Manager - Spirit:

• Employment Type: Seasonal / Temp
• Location: Annapolis, MD (Onsite)
• Hourly Rate: $17.50 - $17.75 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
• Benefits: Maryland Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years old and must have a flexible schedule.

Physical Demands: The job requires 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Prior Experience: Retail management experience is required.
