Responsibilities include assisting in store operations to maximize sales and profitability, maintaining guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory. The minimum age requirement is 18, and candidates must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
