SecureSpace Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store, area, and district leadership in achieving sales targets and delivering a secure, clean, and welcoming facility. You will backfill the Store Manager, assist with customer onboarding, and coordinate moves and inspections.

The role emphasizes teamwork, weekend availability, and opportunities for advancement as the company expands across the US. A retention bonus is offered to new hires as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong customer service mindset and team support.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in surpassing sales targets for unit rentals.
• Guide new customers through the rental process.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating moves with clients.
• Perform daily property inspections for security and upkeep.
• Handle lien/auction paperwork and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Travel to other locations for scheduled shifts.
