Dollar Tree is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will support day-to-day store activities, assist customers, manage merchandise flow from delivery to shelf, and help lead and train store associates to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional displays and store-front fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and handling loss prevention.
• Keep stockroom and sales floor well-stocked and organized.
• Ensure store assets and cash are secure and policies followed.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
