Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years related experience in retail supervision or management.
• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills.
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving operational, financial, and customer service objectives.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures.
• Provide daily leadership and oversight of retail operations.
• Maximize sales through stock rotation and merchandising.
• Oversee payroll records and wage-related documentation.
