Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years related experience in retail supervision or management.
• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills.
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving operational, financial and customer service objectives.
• Oversee daily store opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Provide leadership to retail supervisors and staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor stock, merchandising, inventory levels, and audits.
• Support payroll, budgeting, and expense reporting.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training of staff.
