Goodwill is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Lacey, WA store. The role involves supervising retail staff, managing store operations, and ensuring audit and security procedures are followed.

The position offers an hourly rate of $20.00. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of retail supervisory experience, and strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong analytical, judgment, and communication abilities are essential.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform all opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store audits at or above acceptable levels.
• Lead LP and security processes, and oversee cash handling procedures.
• Oversee inventory, payroll budgeting, and expense monitoring.
• Delegate tasks to staff and ensure timely wage/timekeeping.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new retail employees.
