Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Department Manager or equivalent experience required.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to learn multiple tasks.
• Good judgment in problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to lead and manage associates across departments.
• Must meet physical requirements and minimum age.
• Must be accredited as a Food Safety Manager or attend training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop associates.
• Manage performance through coaching, appraisal, and discipline.
• Provide leadership to promote company values and strategy.
• Maintain customer-focused service and minimize shrink via standards.
• Oversee store budgeting and financial results.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in absence of Store Manager.
• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and food safety standards.
• Ensure staffing across departments meets business needs.
