Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate the register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling employees and training, and conduct safety meetings.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking and displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory, damages, markdowns and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and merchandise presentation per policy.
• Assist in cash control, refunds, tills, and bank deposits.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
