Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment.
• Six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling training and safety meetings.
• Follow processes to receive, stock, restock, and build displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages and markdowns.
• Assist with planograms and merchandise presentation.
• Assist with cash handling, refunds, deposits, and cashier accountability.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
