Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize merchandise and transfer from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities and record keeping.
• Maintain promotional fixtures, displays, and overall storefront appearance.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handle damaged goods, payroll and scheduling tasks, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom per company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash; follow safety policies.
