Responsibilities

• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff; guide employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to help profitability; direct staff to meet department standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and promote merchandise; assist multiple customers during peak periods.
