Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume responsibility of the entire store in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Ensure quality customer service per company policies and manuals.
• Maintain awareness of inventory, sales statistics and expenses to support profitability.
