• Take responsibility for the store in Store Manager's absence.
• Supervise staff and ensure departments meet responsibilities and standards.
• Recruiting, training, and evaluating store personnel.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to complete department tasks and communicate with Store Manager.
