Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and certification testing upon employment.
• One year supervising others in a fast-paced setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.

• Oversee timely guest transactions to ensure hospitality.
