Job summary

Lead a team, deliver friendly service, manage daily operations, and maintain safety and merchandising standards in a busy convenience store. You will train staff, oversee cash handling, scheduling, and inventory, and collaborate with safety and store teams to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
• Perform basic math accurately.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, guide and evaluate employees to operate the store effectively and safely to provide superior customer service.
• Maintain a professional image among subordinates and supervisors.
• Prepare and submit employee paperwork accurately and timely (performance appraisals, notices, new hire checklists).
• Ensure employees receive training to improve service and safety awareness.
• Develop staff through coaching to prepare for promotion.
• Carry out company policies.
