Job summary

Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. in Spokane (nomnom convenience stores) is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver friendly, efficient service at the pump and register. Earn hourly pay of $17.13–$20.83 with a $3 shift differential, plus benefits.

You will ring up sales, manage cash, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe. You should be 19+ with legal work authorization, have a HS diploma or GED (preferred), and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• HS diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to communicate in English clearly (spoken and written)
• Experience with cash handling and retail sales is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service at the register and at the pump
• Ring up sales accurately on the POS, handle all payment types
• Manage cash and other tender forms (including coupons)
• Follow all store policies and safety/environmental procedures
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise on the sales floor
• Maintain inventory levels and perform shift audits
• Engage in required safety training and meetings
• Perform cleaning duties to keep the store and equipment clean
• Be a positive team player and contribute to a collaborative environment
• Work with minimal supervision and flexible hours as needed
• Obtain and maintain required food and age-restricted product certifications within 2 weeks of employment
