You will lead daily store operations, supervise staff, ensure customer service standards, and support the Store Manager in administration and training tasks. This is a great opportunity within a growing multi-state retail and fuel company.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
• Perform basic math accurately.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and personnel to ensure safe, efficient service.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service at the pump and in-store.
• Ring up sales on POS and manage cash handling per procedures.
• Support Store Manager with training, scheduling and performance feedback.
