Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Jenks, OK to lead daily store operations, mentor associates, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive sales, manage schedules, uphold brand standards, and execute merchandising plans while supporting the Store Manager in achieving performance goals and a welcoming team culture.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work unsupervised when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute and assist Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including escalations, urgent requests, and make it right for customers.
• Adhere to current visual guidelines, merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness; maintain a professional appearance.
• Execute operations-focused directives and adhere to Policies & Procedures Manual to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain store facilities, supplies, and services; manage cash handling, audits, and inventory accuracy.
• Open and close the store as required following the Operations Manual.
