Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance, while ensuring the store meets KPIs and maintains brand standards.

This role requires strong leadership and an ability to train and develop staff in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for driving the selling strategy, managing cash handling, and coordinating inventory and merchandising
