Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure a positive, inclusive work environment that motivates the team.

The role focuses on implementing selling strategies, managing store processes, and supporting inventory and merchandising efforts to optimize performance.
