Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Roanoke. You will drive sales, lead a team, and ensure superior customer service while maintaining store operations and appearance.

You will manage staffing, training, and daily store activities, reporting to the Store Manager. The role requires strong leadership, in-store coaching, and adherence to company standards to deliver on KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty and oversee scheduling when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs and set sales goals.
• Maintain visual guidelines, merchandising, cleanliness, and professional appearance.
