Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily functions, help customers, organize merchandise, and ensure clean, stocked floors and orderly stockrooms.

The role requires strong communication, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work in a high-energy team environment while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and stand, walk, and bend for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise and transfer stock from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal displays.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and ensure proper execution of store activities.
