Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise moves smoothly from delivery to sales floor while maintaining seasonal areas.

You will participate in opening/closing procedures and help train Store Associates. The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team in a high-energy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
