Job summary

Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. is seeking a friendly Retail Associate for our nomnom convenience store in Spokane, WA. You will provide quick, courteous service, ring up sales, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment to ensure a positive customer experience.

The role requires at least 19 years of age and US work authorization. We offer competitive hourly pay, shift differential eligibility, benefits, a 401k plan, and opportunities across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Be at least 19 years of age or older and have legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written) with good telephone communication
• Ability to work various shifts and arrive on time

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service; may assist customers at the gas pump
• Ring up sales on POS, handle cash and other payment types
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and inventory of merchandise
• Follow store policies and safety/environmental procedures
• Receive, stock and organize merchandise; assist with audits and inventory levels
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform basic equipment upkeep
• Work well with teammates and adapt to flexible hours
• Obtain required food and age-restricted product certifications within 2 weeks of employment
