Boot Barn seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will coach partners, oversee daily store operations, and ensure merchandising standards and community outreach align with our values.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and collaboration with District leadership to optimize performance, scheduling, and staffing across peak hours.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational, time management and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed sales goals.
• Coach and develop team members with timely feedback and recognition.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on staffing, training, and policy updates.
• Monitor local customer needs and adjust operations accordingly.
• Plan and execute community outreach and sales events to drive volume.
• Oversee loyalty programs and drive partner engagement and results.
• Maintain merchandising standards, stock levels, and visual presentation.
