Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, support customer service goals, and develop a high-performing team. You will assist with opening/closing, organize merchandise, and ensure store assets are protected.

In this role you will train Store Associates, supervise inventory, coordinate schedules, and uphold safety and company policies. The position emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and delivering a positive, respectful shopping experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communicate store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
