Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, assist customers, and develop the team. This role supports opening/closing, merchandising, payroll and scheduling, and loss prevention to ensure a safe, organized store environment.

The ideal candidate has store management experience in retail or grocery, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills required

Aufgaben

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Process corporate directives and maintain lost prevention, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling records
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates and ensure a safe, friendly environment
