Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily functions, help customers, and ensure merchandise flows smoothly from truck to floor.

The role emphasizes training Store Associates, maintaining clean and organized spaces, and upholding safety and company standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Open/close procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas to company standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, and payroll/scheduling.
• Train and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
