Job summary

Roses/Roses Express in Mississippi is seeking an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier to deliver excellent customer service and support the Store Manager in running daily store operations. Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible full-time or part-time schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, and development of store team members.
• Support store functions and day-to-day operations as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protect company assets and cash handling.
• Maintain a professional, friendly environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
