Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read operational directives.
• Retail store management experience in grocery, retail, or similar environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide positive customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll, scheduling, cash deposits, and loss prevention.
• Supervise and develop store associates under the Store Manager.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment and professional customer interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and stockroom organization according to standards.
