Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in our Oklahoma City location.

You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, manage merchandise flow from delivery to floor, and oversee opening/closing procedures. Responsibilities include processing directives, maintaining promotions, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure associates follow policies.
• Help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment for customers and employees.
• Responsible for store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
