Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in our Oklahoma City location. You will help with day-to-day store activities, assist customers, manage merchandise flow from delivery to floor, and support opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise and train Store Associates, maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store, uphold company policies, and contribute to a positive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly customer service and address questions.
• Aid merchandise flow from delivery to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and loss-prevention duties.
• Support Store Manager in training and development.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
