Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front, drive store performance, and be the example for the team across all shifts in Gilbert, AZ. You will take ownership of operations, staffing, inventory, cash handling, and customer experience.

This is a salary position requiring 45 hours per week with open availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, and with a Food Safety Certification preferred. Competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in retail or food service.
• Experience managing 8–15 employees across shifts.
• Ability to drive sales and upsell promotions.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of 8–15 employees across shifts.
• Cover all shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform duties of store staff including register, stocking, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members; emphasize accountability and teamwork.
