Job summary

GPM Investments in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Store Manager for Store 4608 to lead daily operations, drive store performance, and coach a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts.

You will be the go‑to person, open to any shift, responsible for inventory, cash handling, training, merchandising and delivering excellent customer service while executing promotions. This is a salary role with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Open availability with the ability to work any shift as needed.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to lead by example across store operations.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage; available for any shift, including evenings and weekends.
• Perform all duties of store employees including register operations, stocking, upselling, and cleaning.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members and promote teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with valid driver’s license and transportation.
