You will partner with the Store Manager to run daily operations, coach the team, and ensure brand standards are upheld while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will help recruit and develop top talent, manage scheduling and payroll, and stay aligned with Visual Merchandising, Marketing and store directives to drive results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and at least 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to recruit, coach and develop store team.
• Strong leadership and customer service mindset.
