Job summary

Splendid is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for a full-time role in our stores. You will lead by example, drive sales, and ensure a superior customer experience through personalized styling and wardrobe guidance.

You will assist the Store Manager with daily operations, recruit and coach staff, manage scheduling, and uphold brand standards while working in a dynamic retail environment. Weekend and night shifts required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• At least 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to overall store success by meeting sales goals and individual targets.
• Assists Store Manager with day-to-day operations and coverage.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences by styling and wardrobe guidance.
• Builds client relationships to drive store sales and brand engagement.
• Communicates goals and progress with Store Manager; supports coaching and training of staff.
• Supports recruiting, payroll, and scheduling within guidelines.
• Ensures policies & procedures are followed; liaises with Visual Merchandising, Marketing.
• Protects store assets through loss prevention awareness and audits.
