Splendid is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time) to lead a high‑performing sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, train staff, and uphold store standards across daily operations.

We value leadership, teamwork, and a proactive approach to coaching, scheduling, and payroll. The role requires weekend and night shifts, with opportunities to grow within our luxury retailer family in Florida.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and at least 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership ability.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Career-driven, strong work ethic and high performance standards.
• High level of initiative/self-starter.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to overall store success by meeting store sales goals and individual targets.
• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day store operations in their absence.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling and wardrobe recommendations.
• Build client relationships and drive store sales through brand outreach.
• Communicate goals and development updates with the Store Manager.
• Assist with training, coaching, and motivating the team for optimal performance.
• Ensure store policies and procedures are followed and align with corporate directives.
• Support recruiting efforts to meet business needs and retain top talent.
• Assist with payroll and scheduling within guidelines to ensure proper coverage.
• Support and execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing.
